VOLUNTEER WITH PROJECT TEACHER
Each year, Project Teacher works with hundreds of volunteers from around our community to support our mission and program efforts. Our volunteers that support us know that their efforts make an immediate and tangible impact on classrooms in the Greater Wichita Area. We work with individuals and groups from all over, and try to accommodate most needs.
Volunteering in the community can, among other benefits, help individuals learn new skills, contribute their knowledge and experience, gain self-esteem and self-confidence, develop important new contacts, and make a difference! If you are interested in volunteering as an individual please read through our VOLUNTEER FAQ.
If you are interested in scheduling a time for your company or group to volunteer, please fill out our online GROUP REQUEST form so we can find the right fit for you.
PROVIDE SUPPLIES
Help keep our shelves stocked so no student goes without supplies!
Donate New & Gently-Used Supplies:
We gladly accept new and gently used supplies. Teachers can get creative with what they use for their classrooms. For questions regarding drop-off times, email us at donate@projectteacher.org.
You can also check out our AMAZON WISHLIST to see what supplies we are currently in need of.
HOST A SUPPLY DRIVE:
Grab your friends, your colleagues, your business partners, and host a supply drive to gather the essential supplies our students need. We encourage you to host supply drives all year long, but for more information on our annual Back-to-School Drive CLICK HERE.
For more information on how you can provide supplies for children in need, contact us at info@projectteacher.org.
COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Without you, Project Teacher would not be able to serve our mission and ensure every child has the tools and experiences to succeed in school and life. There are many ways that an individual, company, or other group can get involved in helping students in need. Consider becoming a partner by giving financially or donating supplies and in-kind services.
Thank you to our current sponsors!
